ELECTION NOTICE

An Election will be held for the following position: (For a three year term ending in July 2014)

· Shop Chairperson/Committeeperson

· Alternate Committeeperson

Shop Chairperson must win by 50% plus 1 vote of total votes cast for Shop Chairperson election.

NOMINATING PERIOD: The nominating period will be Saturday, July 2, 2011 to midnight Saturday, July 9, 2011. All nominations must be postmarked during this period. Any nomination received prior to or after the nominating period will not be accepted.

During the nominating period you must mail your nomination by certified mail to:

POLL POSITON: The drawing for poll position will be on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, 8:00 a.m. at the UAW Local 1112 Union Hall.

ELECTION DATE/PLACE: The election will be held on Friday, July 15, 2011, in Conference Room A. ELECTION TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Election will be for a three (3) year term.

You must have your Union Card or other ID to vote. Counting of ballots will take place immediately after polls close.
