You will receive notice from GM about the cancellation of HMO & PPO coverage in Ohio. Our coverage will be with BC/BS Traditional Care Network. If you were in the HMO or PPO, BC/BS will send you new ill cards late in December. If you do not receive the new ID card or you want. To see if your provider is in the network, call 1-800-235-2302.
Mental Health and Substance Abuse coverage for current HMO enrolee will be provided by Connecticut General.
