Health Care Costs

We are still operating under the VEBA that was negotiated under the old agree­ment. That agreement had a 3 % annual escalator on our payments; So, in 2008, our costs for monthly contribution, co-insurance, deductible and drugs will increase by 3% rounded to the nearest dollar amount.
