Lump Sum Payment

We received our lump sum payment of $700 on December 16th (surviving spouse $455). If you did not receive your payment, call 1-800-489-4646 and ask for the Pension Department. The amount you received will not come as a se12arate 1O99-R as in the past, but will appear with your Federal Tax 1O99-R for 2007 from your total earnings from GM Pensions.
