Medicare "B"

When You become eligible for Medicare "B" on your 65th birthday it is important that you enroll into' both Medicare "A" and "B". You may start the enrollment three (3) months prior to your 65th birthday

Once you become eligible, notify GM Benefits at 1-800-489-4646. If You do not enroll or do not notify GM you will be responsible to pay. 100% of any Medicare "B" entitlements. Medicare will charge you for the coverage through your Social Security payment and once you register with GM you will be reimbursed $76.20 through your GM pension payment.
