· Provide guidelines to the Plant Joint Leadership for the effective implementation of "Skilled Trades Teams" utilizing the following framework by:
· Laying the Foundation
· Implementation
· Monitoring and Providing Support

· Understanding the current situation
· Define the vision
· Develop Guidelines, Boundaries, & Structure
· Joint Leadership Training

Potential Barriers to Obtaining Successful Teams
· Unclear goals
· Poor implementation strategy plan

· Identify NVA (non-value-added) activities
· Track progress and reevaluate the objectives

· General Profile -Overall training requirements to address elements of the core trade(s).

· Training Top 3 (Bottom Corner) - Classroom training
needed
