· Laying the Foundation
· Implementation
· Monitoring and Providing Support

· Understanding the current situation
· Define the vision
· Develop Guidelines, Boundaries, & Structure
· Joint Leadership Training
· Team Leader Training
· Team Member Training

Potential Barriers to Obtaining Successful Teams
· Unclear goals
· Poor implementation strategy plan
· Decision-making power not shared
· Lack of role clarity for leaders and team members

· Track progress and reevaluate the objectives

· General Profile -Overall training requirements to address elements of the core trade(s).
· Technical Profile - Site/Area specific work elements
· Qualification Tracking - A filled-in circle will indicate
training complete, the circle will remain empty until such
time as the training has been completed
· Training Top 3 (Bottom Corner) - Classroom training
needed
