Recreation Committee Duties

The duties of the Recreation and Conservation Committee are:

It shall be the responsibility of the Recreation and Conservation Committee to secure the widest possible use of facilities and resources that can be made available to Union members and their families for recreational purposes.
Ten (10) cents Per Capita is to be placed in the Recreation Fund and is to be used for that purpose and any money needed above that which has been appropriated will be raised by raffles, dances, card tournaments etc. under the direction of the Recreation and Conservation Committee.
To provide an Annual Picnic and Christmas Party, if approved by the membership.
To carry-on activities generally desired by the membership and their families, such as softball, basketball, bowling leagues, golf leagues, hunting and fishing clubs etc.
