Constitution & Bylaw Committee Duties

The duties of the Constitution & Bylaw Committee are:
- To study the Constitution of the international Union and these By-laws to formulate and recommend changes or amendments to these By-laws.
- To make recommendations to the membership.
- To make a study of the International Constitution to ascertain whether any changes are desirable and to formulate such resolutions and submit them to the International Union Convention after thay have beenapproved by the membership.
